Our services are available throughout Metro Vancouver and surrounding areas, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley, and other communities in British Columbia.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work discovered during inspection or repair. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.
We appreciate advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency services may have different terms.
We stand behind our work with warranties on repairs performed. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided in writing upon completion of work. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal conditions.
WindowLeak.ca and Anyleak.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.
By scheduling our services, you confirm that you have the authority to grant us access to the property for inspection and/or repair work. You agree to provide safe access to the areas requiring service.
WindowLeak.ca maintains appropriate insurance coverage and licensing for our services. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Our technicians are trained and certified in building envelope assessment.
